Rose Tersigni
Office Administrator
Rose Tersigni has been a valued member of Tersigni Landscape Construction for over 15 years, serving as Office Administrator and primary point of contact for clients. With more than 20 years of office administration experience and a background in graphic design, Rose brings exceptional organization, professionalism, and creativity to the business.
She oversees day-to-day operations, screens project leads, manages accounts payable and receivable, handles human resource matters and government filings, and resolves customer inquiries.
Known for prompt communication and keen attention to detail, Rose creates a positive first impression for prospective clients. Rose’s love for horticulture, community involvement, and dogs fuels her passion for creating welcoming spaces, both within the company and throughout the community.
Filix Pinto
In-House Designer & Architectural Visualization Specialist (ARVIZ)
Filix is the in-house designer and architectural visualization specialist at Tersigni Landscape. He brings a strong visual and technical approach that connects design concepts with clear, realistic representations of the final built work.
At Tersigni, Filix uses architectural visualization as a strategic tool to translate ideas, sketches, and plans into visuals that are easy to understand and closely aligned with real-world construction. His work supports the design, client presentation, and decision-making stages, helping define scope, materials, and spatial solutions early in the process.
A firm believer that strong visualization sets the foundation for a successful project, Filix focuses on clarity, consistency, and effective communication ensuring the design intent is clearly understood by both the team and the client from concept through construction.
Dave Reynolds
Estimator
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the Greater Toronto Area, Dave specializes in accurate, practical landscape construction estimating. Having worked with some of the GTA’s most recognized landscape construction companies, he progressed from labourer to foreman and supervisor, gaining a clear understanding of how projects are actually built in the field—on schedule and within budget.
Dave’s experience spans both residential and commercial projects. In addition to his landscape background, Dave has several years of experience in Toronto’s interior home renovation industry, providing a broader understanding of the home improvement sector and how exterior and interior projects connect.
This combined expertise allows Dave to interpret plans effectively, anticipate site challenges, and prepare realistic, cost-conscious estimates that reflect both quality standards and client expectations. Leveraging strong trade relationships and up-to-date knowledge of material and labour pricing, Dave delivers clear, reliable proposals that support successful projects from initial concept through to completion.
Outside of work, Dave spends most of his time with his family.
Jason Smith
Construction Foreman
Jason Smith has been a vital part of the Tersigni Landscaping team for over 15 years, progressing from laborer to Construction Foreman. A trained stone mason with additional expertise in sewer and watermain construction, he brings a comprehensive skill set to every project.
As Foreman, Jason is the onsite leader ensuring our high standards are met, schedules are exceeded, and communication with the crews remain clear. His hands-on experience as a primary mason on our award-winning projects gives him a trained eye for detail and complex installations.
Jason is driven by seeing a project through to a transformative finish and the lasting satisfaction it brings to our clients. Off-site, he enjoys an active family life, snowboarding, golf, and fishing.
Eric Saywell
Lead Carpenter
Eric Saywell is a carpenter and the owner/operator of SAYWELL CARPENTRY CO. With 10+ years in the trade (full-time and subcontract), his design/build focus centers on carpentry and building construction. He has personally led the majority of the carpentry and building projects Tersigni Landscape has undertaken over the past decade.
With nearly two decades in carpentry and construction, Eric has worked across all sectors, from custom framing and timber framing to fine interior finishes and built-in/furniture fabrication. He serves the GTA and surrounding areas, delivering refined craftsmanship, clean modern lines, and thoughtful execution, pursued with precision and lasting quality. Eric holds a Construction Engineering/Project Management credential with emphasis on Renovation and Building Restoration; OAP/CAP Journeyman Carpenter.
His notable project highlights include: “The cat’s meow” award runner-up, “Entertainment Tonight” and award winner, “Everyday feels like Friday.”

Steve Tersigni is the owner of Tersigni Landscape Company and a seasoned landscape professional dedicated to creating stunning outdoor spaces. With more than three decades in the industry, he leads the business with a hands-on, on-site approach, ensuring every project meets his high standards.
Steve believes a well-designed landscape transforms lives and spaces. He partners with clients to bring their visions to life, delivering top-tier craftsmanship, clear communication, and a commitment to exceeding expectations. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of every project.

Other than his dedication to his work and his family, Steve has a fond love for watching and playing sports of all types. He specifically enjoys golf, football, basketball and baseball. He typically will use sports analogies to explain work related situations.
Stefano Fuschi
Project Manager & Operations Leader
Stefano brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience turning design ideas into solid, on-the-ground results. With a strong background in high-end residential projects, he acts as the trusted client liaison, keeping lines of communication open with a focus on carefully managing project scope to prevent delays and cost overruns. His knack for understanding both design and construction means that the final result is beautiful, durable, and closely aligned with the client’s vision.
Beyond project management, Stefano serves as Operations Manager, driving efficiency and shaping a clear, results-focused plan for Tersigni Landscape. He puts scalable processes in place and creates clear standards, checklists, and standard operating procedures that set high-quality expectations and keep the team productive.
Off the clock, you will likely find him catching up with friends and family, or enjoying long rides on his Ducati, a reminder that performance and pacing aren’t just for the job site.
