We are incredibly proud of this unique project and all the challenges it presented. The client wanted a complete overhaul of their 30 year old landscape while still preserving the existing pool. Large trees and rocks were carefully removed and disposed of, along with outdated underground services that needed to be addressed.
The true ‘piece de resistance’ is a stunning new cabana that has completely transformed the property.
DETAILS
–A 30’ by 12’ custom-built flat roof cabana featuring a separate entrance bathroom, an incredibly finished open-concept space that truly functions as am extension to the home. A custom stone feature wall serves as a striking focal point.
–Two distinct patio areas were intentionally designed to clearly define and separate the pool deck from the cabana space.
–A custom, built-to-fit outdoor kitchen attached to the cabana adds yet another unique and functional element to the design.
