Do you provide a complete design-build experience?

Yes. Our process even begins before we meet you in person. At no cost to you, we arrange a zoning review with our Architect to clearly understand any restrictions and code requirements for your specific property. This lets us offer professional guidance on what is feasible before our first meeting.

After we review your dream space, we move quickly to design it. Once you approve the design concepts, we proceed with architectural drawings and, if needed, permit applications so we can start turning your dream backyard into reality. This is where our in-house professional construction crews, as well as our ‘Tersigni Approved’ support staff, will bring your project to life.

Are your landscapes designed for Ontario conditions?

Yes. Our landscapes are designed specifically for Ontario’s extreme winter conditions. We build with solid, climate-ready fundamentals from day one:

• Foundations: All pool cabana structures, decks, and pergolas are footed below the frost line to ensure stable, long-lasting foundations.
• Paver Stability: We install a unique product called ‘Ultra Base’ as a paver base that behaves like traditional concrete but is permeable and has the elasticity needed to withstand our winter climates.
• Materials and Detailing: We select materials rated for cold temperatures and incorporate proper drainage, ventilation, and thermal considerations to reduce
  cracking and heaving.
• Seasonal Performance: Our designs factor in snow load, ice buildup, and sun exposure to maintain beauty and longevity year after year.
• Construction Rigour: We follow stringent site preparation, proper compaction, and quality control at every stage to prevent movement and ensure durability.
